Reason
A defect in a condition of validity that does not amount to missing a pillar or absolute invalidity.

- A man marries a woman during her waiting period without knowing.
- Marriage contract with two non-upright witnesses.
(( This is corrupt marriage, all effects apply after consummation, and it must be annulled judicially if not corrected. ))
• Correction:
Both invalid and corrupt marriages can be corrected with a new marriage contract fulfilling pillars and conditions, without judicial annulment, provided that official documentation procedures are followed.
